Usage
YKQ series circular vibrating screen is a product developed by our factory according to the needs of users and absorbing advanced technology at home and abroad. Its vibration parameters are comparable with those of the sieve machine produced by German KHD company. The sieve box of this series of sieves has a circular trajectory and is used for screening coal, limestone, gravel, sand and gravel, metal or non-metal ores and other materials.
Working Principle and Structural Characteristics:
This series of sieve is mainly composed of sieve box, sieve mesh, vibrator and vibration damping spring. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box, and driven by the motor through the coupling to rotate, generating centrifugal inertia force, forcing the screen box to vibrate.
Sieve mesh is the main wearing parts. According to the material varieties and user requirements, high manganese steel mesh, perforated sieve plate and polyurethane sieve plate can be used, all kinds of screen plate can meet the requirements of high screening efficiency, long service life and non-blocking holes.
This series of sieve machine is seat type installation. The adjustment of screen surface inclination can be realized by changing the height of spring support position.
The motor can be installed on the left side of the screen frame or on the right side of the screen frame, if there is no special requirement, the manufacturer will supply the screen according to the right side of the material movement direction.
