The trommel screen is a dual mass vibrating system with a polyurethane rubber screen surface. Each two adjacent beams supporting the screen surface belong to two vibrating bodies, i.e. the screen box and the counterweight respectively. As the screen works, the screen mesh is alternately tensioned and relaxed, causing the material to bounce forward, which can prevent the material from sticking to the screen mesh and blocking the screen holes. When the two bodies vibrate in two different phases, any two adjacent beams sometimes approach each other and sometimes move away from each other, and the elastic screen surface also relaxes and tensions accordingly. That is, the screen surface moves along with the screen box and also makes relative motion to the screen box. This relaxation/tensioning motion not only causes the screen holes to continuously deform, but also greatly increases the vibration intensity of the screen surface, effectively addressing the clogging of the screen holes and greatly improving the screen's handling capacity. However, since the vibration intensity of the screen box is not high, the mechanical strength is easy to maintain. However, the vibration intensity of the screen surface is high and it is deformed repeatedly, so the screen surface may not work for a long run.
