Usage
YKZ series circular vibrating screen is basically the same as YKQ series circular vibrating screen, which is slightly bulky than YKQ series, but with slightly larger strength and capacity.
Working Principle and Structural Characteristics:
This series of screen is mainly composed of screen box, screen, vibrator and vibration damping spring. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box, and driven by the motor through the coupling to rotate, generating centrifugal inertia force, forcing the screen box to vibrate.
Sieve mesh is the main wearing parts. According to the material varieties and user requirements, high manganese steel mesh, perforated sieve plate and polyurethane sieve plate can be used, all kinds of sieve plate can meet the requirements of high screening efficiency, long service life and non-blocking holes.
This series of sieve machine is seat type installation. The adjustment of screen surface inclination can be realized by changing the height of spring support position.
The motor can be installed on the left side of the screen frame or on the right side of the screen frame, if there is no special requirement, the manufacturer will supply the screen according to the right side of the material movement direction.
