Use and Characteristics
ZSGB series vibrating screen is mainly used in metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, electric power, chemical industry and other industries. Especially in metallurgical industry, it is the most widely used screening equipment under the blast furnace tank, coking plant, mineral processing plant, with large handling capacity, high screening efficiency, easy screen replacement, low noise, easy installation and maintenance, and so on.
Working principle and structural characteristics
ZSGB series vibrating screen is the use of ordinary motor outside the drag vibrator, so that the screen body along the direction of the excitation force for periodic reciprocating linear vibration, the material in the screen surface continuous parabolic movement, so as to achieve the screening purpose.
ZSGB series vibrating screen consists of vibration source, screen body, screen mesh, vibration damping device and bottom bracket, the screen machine is made of high-quality steel plate, the side plate and the beam, the vibration exciter base using high-strength bolts or ring groove rivets connection (small with CO2 protection welding), reasonable structure, durable.
Model Description
For example, 2ZSGB2560F: 2 stands for 2 layers, single layer is not labeled; ZSG stands for linear vibrating screen; B stands for closed form; 25 stands for sieve width (unit dm); 60 stands for sieve length (unit dm).
Installation and commissioning
1, before installation, should refer to the installation plan to make a concrete foundation, pre-embedded ground bolts or pre-embedded steel plate. Pre-embedded parts flatness error ≤ 3mm.
2、After installation, check and adjust the springs at all levels, so that the support position of the force is uniform, the motor axis should be lower than the vibrator axis 3-5mm, the symmetry of the spring should be horizontal and equal (error ≤ 3mm).
3、Screen machine parts should be firmly connected, all bolts should be tightened once before starting.
4、Adjust the thickness of the eccentric block of the vibrator (some adjust the angle), you can adjust the excitation force, so as to adjust the amplitude of the sieve machine.
5、The distance between it and other obstacles is not less than 100mm.
6、Short start, check the two driving motor steering, make it opposite.

Use and maintenance
1、Before starting the sifter, check whether the fastening bolts are loose, if loose, it should be re-tightened once.
2、Screening machine no-load running 4-6 hours, the requirements of the screen body is smooth, no swing and abnormal sound, the exciter bearing temperature does not exceed 75 degrees.
3、After no-load operation, the bolts of each part should be re-tightened once.
4、After normal operation, check the fastener bolts regularly.
5、Check the wearing parts frequently, and replace the shock absorbing spring which has been damaged or lost its elasticity in time.
6、Screen mesh should be fastened or replaced in time if it is loosened or worn out.
7、the vibrator monthly refueling (3 # industrial lithium grease in summer, winter should be based on local climatic conditions selection of low-temperature lithium grease) once, can not be added overfilled, refueling volume for the cavity of the 1 / 3 - 2 / 3 appropriate. Half a year of small repair once, clear the cavity of dust, dirt; a year of overhaul, in addition to the implementation of small repair procedures, but also to check the degree of wear and tear of the bearings, if necessary, timely replacement.
