Applications and Scope of Use
This series of products are mainly used for large inclination continuous conveying of bulk materials, adopting conveyor belts with undulating baffles and cross dividers. The conveying inclination angle is 0-90°(below 70° is the best), and it is characterized as: one equipment can complete horizontal inclined conveying in a narrow space, and it has the advantages of high reliability, energy-saving, and reliable and economic bucket elevation of horizontal or small inclination conveying of common belt conveyor. This series of products are widely used in coal, grain, building materials, chemical industry, hydropower and metallurgy, etc., conveying all kinds of bulk materials with the bulk density of 0.5-2.5t.m³ in the range of ambient temperature of -19-+40℃. For conveying materials with special requirements, such as high temperature resistance or materials with acid, alkali, oil, organic solvent and other components, it is necessary to put forward at the time of ordering, and adopt special flanged conveyor belt with corresponding materials.
