XZD banana type vibrating screen separator is a self-synchronized heavy duty thick screen, which is widely used in screening and processing in large-scale material mining operations in mines. Based on the digestion and absorption of foreign technology, our company designed and produced the XZD banana-type vibrating screening machine.
Compared with the traditional screens of the same specifications, the XZD banana-type vibrating screen separator has a larger processing volume, and its unit area is 1.5~2 times that of the traditional hierarchical screen.
The XZD banana-type vibrating screen extruder has a slope at the feed end, starting at 34° first, and then dropping to an outlet at a certain number of angles to about 10°. The screen surface adopts a fold line form with different inclinations, and the thickness of the material layer from the feed end to the discharge end remains unchanged. The ratio of material volume to flow rate on each section of the screen surface is stable, the material layer is high, and the screening efficiency is significantly improved, which is 1-2 times higher than the processing volume of vibrating screens with the same effective area. For high fine particle content, especially when the material content in the material with a material degree accounting for less than 1/2 of the graded particle size in the material, the XZD banana type vibrating screening machine has qualified screening efficiency.
1. All key components are analyzed and designed using ANSYS finite element analysis software.
2. Standard parts such as bearings and oil seals can be manufactured by companies such as SKF.
3. Large processing capacity and high efficiency. Under the same conditions, banana sieve can increase the processing capacity by 40% to 60% compared to other types of sieve machines, and the efficiency is between 90% and 95%.
4. Reasonable structure. There is no welding on the side panel of the banana screen. All the beams adopt the currently popular UC structure and have high stiffness. The vibrator drive beam adopts a double H beam structure. The side panel adopts a mesh structure to strengthen the strength of the whole machine, and structural optimization and vibration analysis are carried out.
5. High processing accuracy. Not only can the machining accuracy of each part be guaranteed, but all machining parts can be stressed and clean assembled.
5. New vibrator. This vibrator is a spiral gear-driven high-power vibrator, which adopts external adjustable eccentric blocks, and the synchronous gear adopts high-frequency quenching and grinding processing technology to ensure that the screen machine operates smoothly at accurate speed and amplitude.
6. High performance reliability, stable operation, small swing and ultra-low noise.
