Applications and Scope of Use
DTⅡ, DTl(A) type fixed belt conveyor is a universal series of products of unified design in China, and its
main parameters and performance are in line with ISO international standards. They are widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, harbor, electric power, building materials, chemical industry, petroleum and other industries. It can be used to convey materials by single or multiple units into a transportation system, and can convey all kinds of bulk materials and pieces of materials with a density of 500-2500 kg/m.
This series of conveyor belt conveyor can meet the requirements of horizontal and inclined conveying, and can also be used in the form of conveying with the combination of convex arc, concave arc section and straight section. The permissible lump size of the material to be conveyed depends on the belt width, belt speed, troughing angle and inclination angle. The maximum lumpiness applicable to various bandwidths is recommended to be used according to Table 1.

Technical characteristics and main parameters
The belt speed range of this series is 0.8-6.5m/s, of which the common value is 0.5-5.0m/s. The belt speed, belt width, and matching capacity are shown in Table 2. Belt speed, bandwidth, and matching capacity are shown in Table 2. (Note: 1 Conveying capacity is calculated according to horizontal transportation, dynamic stacking angle of 20°, and roller groove angle of 35°. 2 Belt speeds of 4.5m/s and 5.6m/s in the table are non-standard. They are not recommended for general use).
