Multifrequency vibrating sieves are widely used in desulfurization systems of thermal power plants, screening systems in coal washing plants, solvent screening systems in steel companies (sintering, blast furnace tanks, coking, raw material plants, etc. in the metallurgical industry) and the system for sand and gravel aggregates in the construction industry. These sieves are developed using advanced screening concepts, featuring unique sieve tray structure, high environmental protection property, high energy saving, high screening efficiency, large processing capacity, easy maintenance, etc.It is more suitable for screening fine materials less than 5mm. The sieves are also used in dry material screening in many other sectors. Its screening plates mainly include rods, comb teeth, round steel welding, steel plate punching, polyurethane sieve plates, etc.
The multifrequency sieve changes the structure of the traditional screen in which the screen surface and screen box vibrate together. It adopts a motion mode in which multiple sections of independent screen surfaces vibrate, while the screen box and frame do not vibrate.
The multi-sectional screen surfaces vibrate independently from the feed inlet to the discharge end. Each section of the sieve tray has an independent vibration source and can vibrate independently, eliminating the traditional vibration method where each section of the sieve tray has the same vibration source, amplitude, and frequency. The amplitude and vibration frequency of each section of the screen surface can be adjusted according to the particle size distribution of the materials, the amount of materials, and the vibration frequency to achieve a better combination of processing capacity and screening efficiency. With this structure, the less moving parts are used, and the mass of vibration is reduced. Therefore, the unique structural design makes possible the less power consumption than that in the conventional sieves. Since the vibrating screen box does not vibrate, it is easier to achieve a completely enclosed structure to prevent dust leakage and meet higher environmental protection requirements.
