3, if the selection of vibration motor excitation force does not meet the requirements, vibration machinery and equipment will not have enough amplitude, the material does not run, affecting the yield, but also cause the vibration motor overload hot, serious motor damage.
4, if the choice of vibration motor excitation force is too large, more than 1 times the total weight of the vibration body, not only increase the cost of equipment will also cause harm to the vibration machinery and equipment, so that the weld is torn, the steel plate is deformed, left and right swaying. Fourth, if in high altitude areas, or installed frequency converter control, should reduce the motor excitation force to use, both vibration motor excitation force should be adjusted at 50%.
